The 3/6” plate is perfect for my small Kubota loader. It was exactly as described in the literature. I will probably buy more of the same. If I was using it for the 80 hp tractor, I would get the thicker one. The 3/16” is ideal for small compact tractors because it allows one to keep the weight to a minimum.
