What a fantastic time. Never ever thought duck cooking is actually not that complicated. Nick's an amazing chef, funny, very helpful and informative. Lachlan in the background was always around to help with whatever you need to support your cooking. Both of them made the experience just so enjoyable. The company of all the other participants was nothing short of great friendly people. Food was super amazing, proud of what we could come up with. So much food and leftovers free to go and a couple of various cocktails to go with the food as well. Industrial-sized and well equipped kitchen, a lot of room to move around. An experience you should try at least once. Very highly recommended. Thank you so much. Will definitely be doing this again.
