Rosemary is an excellent teacher. I will certainly take more classes with her. She was patient and prepared. She gave us encouragement and trade secrets as to how make a perfect Apple pie. She had music playing in the background and made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. I feel confident that I will be able to to duplicate this process at home. She gave me a life skill.
