We sampled 3 different teas and the teacher explained the history behind matcha along with the reasons for the varying taste. Then we got to try making our own matcha drink (hot or cold) using Brut Tea’s matcha which was really nice. Shaping and decorating our bowls from balls of clay was so much fun. They walked us through each step and honestly just wish we had more time!
