What a great class! We learned so much (knife skills, ingredients, origins, family recipes, plating, new ways to cook familiar foods and how to make a unique and spectacular dessert…). All expertly taught but with kindness and patience. And then, the food was delicious! Now I have the tools and info to try to duplicate this at home too. Will be well worth it! Highly recommend anything she is teaching. Look forward to our next class but will bring others this time. Thank you!
