The works as advertised!! Must have for colder climates or nights. Just plug it in and that's it! I can hear a very low hum when it is on inside the Eseries Unit and nothing when the temp reaches it's desired preset Temps. Attached with good old velcro! It's the white box just below the tv. Also, I recommend installing your outdoor socket in side the cabinet like I did! And caulk with silicon. Zero water, bug entry.
