Chef Rona nd Irene made a fun team, and our group of participants all had good energy. We prepped several tapas dishes, although not all of them, as the tasks were divided among us. Even so, I feel pretty confident that I could replicate all of the recipes. (We did have to request the recipes through email-- I would have preferred they be automatically sent to us through the class contact emails.) Great choices, as the dishes complemented each other. My favorite were the croquetas, which were made with a mashed potato/manchego base, and were delicious. The sauces were fun to make, too, and can be used for other foods as well. Great venue, nice and open with beautiful views and easy parking. Recommend!
