Chef Mel delivered an engaging, informative and entertaining culinary experience. The cooking session allowed hands-on, guided instruction as we produced our 4 delicious courses. The venue was well set out and we had take away dinner, even after sampling the fair. Would thoroughly recommend for couples, small group or gift as it was for us.
