I lost my home to a house fire on July 20, 2023. I did not know what to do, so I began researching homeownership programs for teachers. In this moment, the rain cloud hanging over life, began to change. I met Ricardo through my research and my life changed for the better 🙌🏾. Ricardo is awesome! He promised that I would be in my new home by the holidays and I closed on my new home on December 19, 2023. He made my journey to homeownership smooth. We communicated weekly or daily, if needed. He assembled the best team(realtor, realtor liaison, credit analyst, and closing team).
