I got my hybrid mouthguard about two weeks ago now, and the process was super easy. All I did was took my own Impressions and sent them in and after that, what happened was, they communicated with me a few times on how it came across them at the lab. And I did have to redo them one time, but it wasn't a big deal. They were very nice and they sent another kit for me for free.
