I had an amazing start to the weekend! This morning I had the privilege to do my first COOKIE DECORATING class with Rachel Feng from Little Sweet Treats - also booked through Class Bento. We all had our little own ‘working station’ which had a customised name tag (so cute!) on every part of the table. There was even a laminated sheet to practice our outlining skills too. I learnt how to outline my Xmas-themed cookies and also learnt how to FLOOD. My favourite part was probably the ‘flooding’ part. Rachel was organised, and clear with her instructions throughout the class. It was well-prepared and I loved the venue which was a private room at The Coffee Commune in Bowen Hills. Rachel had a massive TV and screen projector that she set up too…and of course, there was aircon inside too! What a wonderful venue. The cookies tasted sooo delicious too.
