I was looking for a comfortable light pair of boots that looked good and could withstand rain, slush and snow (also known as a typical week of Quebec winter weather). Well these boots checked every box for me! I have been wearing them everyday for 3 weeks now, and I am BEYOND IMPRESSED. I have sought out deep puddles to test them in and they pass with flying colors every time, my feet are ALWAYS DRY. They hold up really well against slush and snow too. As a frontline worker on strike, I have been wearing these on the picket lines and they have kept my feet pretty warm. If you're not doing a lot of moving around, warm socks would be an asset. But if you're on the go, staying warm shouldn't be a problem. As mentionned on the website, the boots definitely are snug the first few times wearing them (its not an uncomfortable kind of snug), and after a few days of wearing them they feel like they were made for my feet. They are extremely comfortable boots for walks, they are so light and their grip is decent too. I have been getting a ton of compliments on how nice the boots look and I am only too happy to tell everyone all about how amazing they are. I am completely sold on Vessi footwear!
