Arrived from shipper in pristine condition, no scrapes, scratchs or dents. Took about an hour and a half to unpack, assemble and hook it to the tractor. Then put my grandson to work. Does a great job, mows as well as my wife's Bad Boy, and not another engine or battery to have to keep working. Plus, me riding on the tractor is way more comfortable. Cost was way less than buying another ZTR mower for the yard.
