I was enjoying the recorded coverage of all the wildlife in my garden when the images became rather fuzzy from my naturespy2. Up to this point the saved videos I obtained were so good I was very pleased with all it's functionality.
Contacting naturspy I found their service to be excellent. After sending photos of the lens and the
anti reflective coating. As the camera was out of warranty they were kind enough to supply a replacement at a reduced cost. I was delighted with the offer to be able to replace it. Thanks so much for your service.
