Today's Cheesemaking lesson was excellent. Tamara was super knowledgeable, and broke things down in to an easy to learn format for us beginners. A fantastic lunch made by Tamara was included and the other participants were very pleasant. Overall my partner and I have walked away with a great understanding of Cheesemaking and a thirst to treat our family and friends the fruits of our newly gained knowledge.
