Fantastic class! The atmosphere was cosy, relaxed, and very welcoming. The teacher was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared lots of helpful tips on how to use Ethiopian spices in other dishes at home.
The food was absolutely delicious and I loved that we made injera the traditional way using 100% teff flour, making it naturally gluten-free without compromising on flavour. It was also a bonus that we could buy the spices afterwards to recreate the recipes ourselves.
I'd highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to learn more about authentic Ethiopian cuisine!
