This is my second camera of the same type. I now use one in the back and front garden. The App makes things very easy to set up and to check field of view and to see if any photos/videos have been triggered. The set-up on the camera itself is more fiddly. The solar panel charges well even in fairly shady areas, and so far I have not needed to replace the AA batteries - they have been in constant use overnight in the first camera since new in March 2025.
