I'm a retired disabled veteran, 20 yrs in the Air Force. My knees, my hands and my back have really bad Arthritis from all of those years of use. I wasn't sure this could help me. But I tried it based on Phil's support of this product.
After 30 days my hands felt a little better, at 45 days they freight better. My knees feel so much better and my back does not hurt nearly as much as it used to. My overall health feels so much better. I am losing weight and I can be so much more active.
