“The company’s promotions are a farce. I ordered 2 canvases and the shipping was a total of about $12. Then I received a promo for a free canvas (same size) but I had to pay shipping. I fell for it. When the order came in it was free as they said but the shipping for just one was almost $18.00. I contacted customer support and was told essentially they jerk around their promotions. They refused any consideration for what I’ve just typed and so j won’t be doing business with a bait and switch company like this in the future.”

“original 4 prints were flawed. Attempted to follow their convoluted and inefficient protocol for 7 weeks to correct, without success . I have never experienced a customer service dept so incompetent and unconcerned Eventually they sent me 4 new prints that were just like the original faulty prints, and charged me for them Hopefully this review may encourage them to improve”
