“It had a 2 inch white line on top that looked awful. I wish someone had notified me of my mistake!!! I’m sure that your employees knew that it wasn’t correct!!! I took it to Hobby Lobby to have it redone!!! $100.00 charge. Thank you very much for a very disappointed customer!!!!!”

“The quality of the photo was fine as expected. However, i was very disappointed when my order couldn't be delivered to my summer residence where UPS and Fed X deliver all of the time. I found a work around but it was inconvenient & delayed the deadline I had told my client. Additionally, the person who was kind enough to receive my order told me the box was damaged. See picture included. The print was fine but I am concerned that your packaging for shipping is lacking the necessary protection.”
