“Thought it was oddly funny that i contacted you folks because you had forgotten my hanging hook more than once and you took the time to send me one hook…it was insulting to say the least…i paid for them…forgetting them once is one thing…it took it happening several times for me to finally contact you…i hope it was worth it for you to provide suspect customer service by sending me one hook…i do too muach business with you folks to be treated like that!?!”

“The company worked with me to lighten up the proof and the finished product is beautiful. The colors are exactly as the original picture. I had a positive interaction with the customer service dept.
