“I am very happy with the framed canvas and even more happy with the customer service I received. The original canvas that arrived was blurry, which was very disappointing. I called customer service and learned that the reason it was blurry was due to me cropping the professional photo. After exchanging emails of proofs of another version of the photo that wasn't cropped and confirming the second version would work out well, I was able to get another framed canvas without having to pay full price for the second canvas. Thank you for the great service!”

“Photo/picture quality is great but noticed most recent B&W orders are arriving with a pink hue to them. I’ve been a customer for several years and when I hold recent orders to past B&W photos you can see the variance between them. Attached photo depicts recent prints received circled in red compared to prior B&W prints.”
