“I ordered a 24x18 canvas print. Not terribly large, but large enough to create distortion if not properly handled. I inadvertently sent a copy that was not a HIGH RESOLUTION copy. Never the less, they processed and shipped the finished product. I contacted them via email and did receive a response. I then followed up with a phone call because I was not happy with their response. I told them (email & phone) that I was not pleased because the final product was blurred / pixelated / distorted. I said that there was no quality control. I was told that they do not provide quality control that they merely process the print. They went on to say that they receive too many orders to examine each and every print for such things. (If you doubt me - listen to the recording of the conversation Monday March 23, 1:30pm) No quality control. This is the mainstay of every business model, regardless of the product produced. I explained that this had occurred on a previous order. Approximately 2 years ago I had the exact same experience. A technician from Easy Canvas Prints contacted me immediately and we were able to rectify the problem. The technician even helped me send a higher resolution picture to be processed. The final product was amazing thanks to their help. My objection is not having to pay additional shipping or even a new print as I was fully expected to do. My objection is that they have abandoned their responsibility to server their customers, providing no quality control, and accepting no responsibility. This was my third order with this company and may very well be my last, sad. I HAD a lot of respect for this company. Check out the photo attached! That's not me shaking, I used a tripod. Mark”

We have made some adjustments to our process and now require that our customers review their orders fully before printing. A couple years ago this was a review that our Customer Love Team did, but that has since changed.
