“In your “terms“ you say that I am responsible for making sure the quality of the image that I am uploading is of the highest quality to be satisfactory for the size. However you provide NO warnings when I upload a photo as to whether the pixels are sufficient for the size. For example, on the Kodak and Shutterfly websites, if the quality of the image being uploaded isn’t sufficient for the size print, I get a warning message that tells me that I need a better quality photo. On your site, you provide no help at all as to whether the image is correct for the size. Shame on you for blaming your lack of site features on the user. So you have no refund policy for your lack of features – – I will never use your site again to purchase anything because I can’t trust you. And you lay the cost of your lack of features on me. Even if I were to ask you to exchange the poor quality for a correct quality, you still have no way for me to ensure that I’m using an image with the correct pixels for a 15 x 22 size. On top of that, you ask me to pay for all the shipping costs to return the poor quality one to you and again to have you shipped a new one to me. That’s ridiculous!”

“100% happy! We ordered 8 photos and they were all perfect! Professionally done! Framing was perfect! We received all the photos, each in an individual box that was securely packed. “This is the first time I have ordered a canvas print from easy canvas. I have ordered canvas prints from other companies. I am very pleased with the entire experience with easy canvas. The advertised special pricing was an added bonus. The special offer was easy to find and the process of loading one's photo could not be more simple. The package arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The packaging was sturdy and the canvas was fully protected. The colors on the print are excellent. My husband and I are very happy. We would use this service again.”
