“It was not aligned on the the frame properly. There is a bright white line that runs on the side. Very noticeable because when you round the corner, it is right there! They have offered to reprint it for me for a charge but cannot guarantee they will get it right. The other picture we received .....was perfect. Very disappointed on how they have handled this situation.”

“The image was not high enough resolution so it came out grainy and pixelated. There should be a way for the system to recognize the file size and provide a warning.”

“Prints I ordered turned out beautiful!! So much better than I expected given the size I ordered! I was charged a different amount than was quoted at checkout; however, I called customer service immediately and they very quickly fixed the incorrect charge and gave me a further discount. I would definitely recommend this company for your canvas prints.”
