“Because of a BOGO free ad for 2 - 11x14 prints for $29.00, I placed an order. Because the picture needed to be rotated to become 14x11 I did not receive the discount. This was deceptive and you did not honor your ad as far as I'm concerned and I'm not sure I would reorder from your company.”
