“I order two prints, one was of high quality and the 2nd was not. Tried to improve the image post processing and when i submitted only one was good enough to print on that size. They communicated thru the ordering process and determined that only the high quality image was able to print. refunded the cost for the second print. I felt it was great customer service.”
