“First canvas came warped but I called and was given a replacement canvas which was fine. I ordered it in enough time for a fundraiser and due to the warped piece, time for reprint and shipping I was unable to meet my deadline date. I paid for extra shipping on the first order to be sure it was in enough time which was refunded to me by customer service after I complained. Sad someone sent that first piece out as its edges were not proper and the with a gallery wrap that would not lie flat. Color me disappointed ...”
