“Delivered product was horribly pixelated. Completely unusable. Contacted customer service and they said they would resend if I paid delivery. Delivery was the same price that I paid for original print delivered. Contacted customer service via email and they asked for a photo of the print and my contact info. Sent that and never heard back. Your service and product is completely unacceptable. I wish I could change the 1 star rating to 0 stars.”
