“Product no good at all. Frame is terrible, arrived broken and scratched, and not cut and placed square with canvas. Print not secure to frame and fell out. Can’t get a hold of customer service to initiate a return. Had to leave a “call back” with automated on hold phone system. Didn’t get a call back for 4 hours after 9:00 pm.”

“Product was good but shipping a problem. Your website refused a PO Box but after you shipped UPS (which will deliver to my street address) you had them give to USPS for final delivery. There is no postal delivery to my address, only to my PO Box which you refused to take. After the picture was returned to the post office as undeliverable, I made multiple requests and was finally able to get the post office to hold and release to me. Switching carriers from UPS to USPS in the middle of shipping is a problem I don't care to deal with again.”
