“Packaging was great. Delivery time was great. Understandably, quality of print was not real sharp. I do realize what happens when enlarging. My only disappointment was the application of the canvas to the wood frame. I need to staple additionally to get a flat back which is needed for hanging. There are flats that stick out from the back stapling.”

“It is truly wonderful, but the picture submitted should have been printed as 20" tall, and 16" wide, but was flipped on its side and printed as 16" tall and 20" wide. We lost legs in the flipped version, but did get a closer up of faces, so I guess it is a fairly good trade-off for our family picture. The portrait of my daughter and son-in-law was perfection!!!”
