“Amazing canvases!!!”

“I have ordered from here many times. I am normally very happy with everything. This time, however, I order to canvases. One was perfect as usual. The other was distored. It was awful and you could not tell what the photo was of. When I placed the order it did not say the photo was not going to work or be distored. Once it was made clearly it was not going to work and no one contacted me to say how it turned out or before they even made it. I reached out to them and told them how it turned out. It took them 3 days to get back to me. Although the lady was very nice, they only offered to send a new one to me if I sent them a new photo and paid shipping fee. I feel also thought I shouldn't even had to pay the shipping fee because of how it turned out. Yes I did send a photo that wouldn't work, but they should have caught that and when it was printed clearly it was distored. I think they should have been more proactive in how this turned out from the beginning instead of when I opened it and found how it turned out. Then having to go through emailing and waiting for 3 days for a response. Then they said I still had to pay the shipping fee. Very disappointed that it turned out this way. I not sure if I will use this site again, since they do not ensure the photo will come out well, but sticking a program to check this.”

“I sent very clear sharp photos but the canvas came back with slightly blurred pictures. You notice this when looking at the canvas from about 3 feet away. Since this will hang on a wall it may not matter, but I am not impressed.”

“Very good experience. The box was badly crushed on arrival. To my surprise the canvas was not damaged. This is because they really did a good job of packaging. All the corners are fastened properly, the canvas is stretched well, the image is centered and the printing is very good. The communication on the shipping was good and the delivery was fast. I’ll be ordering more.”
