“I've always had a great experience ordering my canvas' from Easy Canvas Prints! But this time I ordered 5 canvas' and the way they were shipped 1 canvas had a light thin ink mark on the top corner. So i called customer service and had to send then a picture of the mark for "proof" i guess and opted for a refund on the canvas. The customer service representative I spoke with is supposed to process the refund as soon as she receives the e-mail. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon and not be a long drawn out process. I wasn't happy with the fact I couldn't get a code to order another canvas or her go ahead and process the refund while I was on the phone as this is already a 15 day process to get your refund to the bank. And she won't process the refund until she checks her emails and sees the "proof" so like i stated above I hope this isn't a long drawn out process for this. As I am a frequent customer and spend a good amount of money ordering thru this company!”
