“Although photos were ordered on May 5th and were promised for Mothers Day I have yet to receive them as of today May 12th. Contact with the company revealed that they have apparently been somehow "lost". Company rep stated that they would be re-done promptly and sent to me asap. I have ordered from this company several times without incident and the quality of their work and their prices are very good - if I could just get them on time.”
