“Canvases look great!! The pic that was zoomed in off my phone was a little grainy up close but you can’t tell when it’s hanging on the wall.”

“The pictures came out very blurry once they were printed on canvas. It would have been helpful if your site indicated minimum number of pixels or file size to ensure clarity, as opposed top accepting a submission, printing the photo, and for the client to only realize that the quality is too poor after they receive the final product.”

“Sorry to report that I am not happy with the result and cannot use what was printed. But I’m willing to take the blame, however, I do not recall being told that my graphic was over pixelated. It looks terrible. I thought I had sent a vector graphic that could be enlarged, but again, it could be my fault and didn’t provide the proper art. Bottom line – I cannot use what was printed. Not sure if anything can be done or if we need to redo the project. Please advise. Thank you.”
