“As you could see from the message sent to me, one of the children in the photo was cropped out from the shoulders up. When I called to resolve the problem I was told by Trevor that the problem was on my end and I could re-format the picture and just pay shipping to replace the canvas. That would not be a problem, but the picture was formatted properly from the start. Trevor quite curtly informed me that it was impossible and perhaps someone with more knowledge should help me on this end. I have sent screenshots of how the photo was formatted on my end. It was accurate. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than Trevor will help him on that end.”
