“When I received the canvas the picture on the canvas was very blurry. I was basically told that because it was shot outdoors and had a lot of details in it was the reason for the blurriness and I needed to order a smaller canvas. The picture was shot with a good camera and not a cell phone. I had ordered from this same company several years ago using a picture taken with a cell phone and the quality of the canvas was much better than this current one. I won’t be ordering from this company again. I feel the explanation for why it was blurry was incorrect. I can’t use the picture and am just out $40.”

“It was not an extra large canvas...it was the 8x8 size. I did not like the way the canvas wrapped around the casing cutting off the picture and not seeing the full picture all the way down.”
