“My order was not quite right. I ordered backing for both prints, but the girl's print did not have a backing. The boy's backing had a tear in the backing fabric, plus the staples, were large and one staple was not in place and had a rough part on the side of the picture.”

“The quality is horrible. This original image was not high resolution enough to print to this size, but at every step of the creation process, I was told it would print well. No human being ever contacted me to tell me of the error. I'm sending it back and demanding a full refund.”
