“I have been in contact with the customer support team about the many issues I have had. I will not being using this service again nor recommending as the solutions given we’re poor. I was missing an item from my original order that was marked on the packing list as included. I called and was told a new one would be expressed shipped out. It took longer than the time that was implied. When it did arrive it was very poorly assembled. If I have it re done again it won’t arrive before Christmas. This was a gift, I am now going to have to buy an entirely new gift to give, and be out the money that I spent on the canvas. Returning my shipping and 10% of my order itsnt really fair in my opinion as none of the mistakes were caused by me and I ordered with plenty of them and easy prints failed me twice.”
