“To date I have purchased 20 Canvas prints and I am very pleased with the quality of the products I received. However, one of the prints which was a very unusual size (8 inches high and 24 inches wide) did have a problem. The metal plate you attached (for hanging the photo) was placed on the bottom of the frame rather than the top. Would it be possible to NEVER attach the metal plate? I remove all of them but I suspect most customers use them to hang their pictures. I do not use them and I plan to continue to remove all of those metal plates in the future. “Hard to leave a positive review when the company shipping the package apparently cannot put the street name on the shipping label. This resulted in the pacage being returned to sender. Said company tried to resend the package 3 times! And failed every single attempt at delivering the package to my home. The package was "delievered" 3 times, but I have no idea where it was delievered to. Even after I spoke and pleaded with a live customer service agent telling them that the shipping label does not show a street address. Apparently it didn't matter. Half of my original order arrived with no issue. But the vendor they used for the last 3 prints, needs to learn how to fix their label maker apparently. 3 "deliveries" and 2 months later, I still don't have 3 my wedding pictures. Hopefully other people out there are enjoying my wedding photos.”
