“The prints I received were merely okay in quality. Despite having paid for someone to review my file against the print, several of the prints came out less saturated than the files which had the Adobe RGB working space profile embedded with the files. Other than that, the canvas quality was good. A few corners were not wrapped as neatly as their counterparts on the same canvas, but I would notice that and doubt any customers would. Lastly, I asked for an itemized invoice as the invoice I received only gave a total for all the prints ordered. They were very responsive and sent an email that included an "itemized invoice." Unfortunately, it did not have my information on it, only an inventory list and the price I paid for each. The invoice did not identify who the entity was who was invoiced for these items. None of these were deal breakers, and I mention them only so that Easy Canvas can improve their operations.”
