“I sent a high resolution photo to be printed on canvas, it all went well until I recieved the print and all our faces were distorted and blurred. I reached out and got a quick response and within 2 days they explained that due to the material, some of the fine details get blurred and the canvas can not be used for this picture. There was no mention of this being a problem when I ordered it, they offered an 80% discount but I asked them if it could be printed on another medium. I have reached out 4 times now and it appears I've been ghosted. No response. I'm not getting a good feeling about this.”
