“Unfortunately, one of the photos I sent for printing was a poor photo. I did not realize until the canvas prints arrived to see the problem. At first I thought that the problem was with your reproduction not accurately reproducing the colors of the photo. Then I took a closer look at the image I sent and realized that your reproduction was indeed accurate, and the problem was that the colors in my image were not true. I have since taken new photos of that image and now have an image that would be accurate if enlarged. This was not your fault, but I am still unhappy with the canvas print enlargement.”
