“The image is a little blurry on the canvas. I understand that the picture was probably a little blurry as well. I thought that with your process of blowing up pictures onto a canvas that you would have someone sharpen up the pics before they are put on a canvas. I should have done that before I sent the pic but I did not notice it was blurry on the camera screen. Then when it is blown up you can really notice it so I would not have seen it blurry until it was enlarged onto the canvas. Maybe state that pictures should be reviewed and edited before you submit. You would think that your people would sharpen the image a little seeing how you are enlarging an image and that always makes a pic less clear. A customer would not know this but you guys do this for a living and should know this happens. Let the customers know that this happens before they order. Be honest.”
