“I was not aware that a high-resolution photo was necessary for these prints. I had to throw away all 4 prints I ordered. They were TERRIBLE. I had to pay a waste fee of $27 for the order to be refunded which begs the question - if it only cost you $27 for these prints, why did I pay over $130 for them in the first place?”
