“Please read all of my review before stopping on the negative. I have purchased many times through the years and have used Easy Canvas for anything I wanted to put on my walls. I have always been very pleased with my product until this last time. I had 3 canvases made and all 3 were blurry. The largest one was so bad that we were totally shocked that they even bothered to send it to us. I called them up and the person initially said the problem was on my end but then had me resend the pics that I had uploaded originally, to her again, while I was still on the line. She looked at each one and said they were good quality. She said they would redo the canvases but I would have to pay shipping, which I protested since the problem wasn't on my end, so she asked her supervisor and they said there would be no charge for shipping. I received the second go around w/in a week and they were the quality that I have come to expect from Easy Canvas. Thank you ECP for making it right!! I am giving only 4 stars because I feel like the canvases should never have been sent to me in such poor quality and why would you even expect me to pay the shipping for your mistake. If I had been a first-time buyer I wouldn't have been aware that you actually put out great canvases and you would have lost me as a buyer. One other positive aspect is that both times I received the canvases ahead of schedule! Thanks again, ECP, for making it right!!”
