“Prints were delivered as stated. But I was not home that week and my next door neighbor was checking each day for the package. Not knowing my other neighbor who knew I was gone picked up the package and failed to let me know. I contacted Canvas Prints and they checked and saw that UPS had delivered the package. I was thinking it had been stolen. They were in the process of reprint when my neighbor texted me and said he had my package. I contacted Canvas Prints and was able to avoid them reprinting. That was excellent customer service. The prints look great. Thank you.”
