“Great price point with the 87% off but a couple of items that caused me to drop down to 3 stars. First, I did not see information that noted how much of a bleed was needed to leave room for the canvas wrap. After I submitted my image I realized that my image font may get cut off. I emailed customer service immediately on February 2, 2020 and did not get a response until February 10, 2020, a day after I received my canvas print. Very dissapointed with the lack of information on the website when ordering to make sure that important info in an image is not cut off and how long it took for Customer Service to respond to my email. Thankfully, my font was not cut off and my canvas print turned out ok. Not sure if I will order from Easy Canvas again.”
