“The first Canvas Print was blurry, so right away I called Customer Service. After a bit of "discussion," the representative offered to reprint. The second one is perfect and just as ordered. Why the blurry on the first? Don't know. Something happened from the downloading from my phone to my computer to the Easy Canvas Prints website. The rep could tell right away the image I sent was blurry - I could not tell on my end. The discussion could have been avoided if Easy Canvas Prints had a quality control check in place (like Shutterfly and Snapfish) have. All's well that ends well. I will use Easy Canvas Prints again because of the good customer service (good once the rep understood I did not send in a third or fourth or fifth generation image).”

“I absolutely loved 3/4 of my prints but the large one printed mich darker than the original photo. It looks horrible . I was very sad not to be able to use it .”
