“I have never had a problem with any other picture I've gotten from you but I was very disappointed in this one. The 3 children belong to a young mother who is fighting breast cancer. I wanted to give her this picture as a visual reminder of at least part of what she is fighting for, but I wanted her to be able to see all 3 children. The only one really clear is the baby, the sister on the right is OK but the brother on the left is very dark. Actually, the only was the one on the left can be seen is if it is under bright lighting. What I got does not match the picture I sent and really, not even the "mock-up" you showed me.”
